Occupational Exposure and Disease
Extensive experience in the defense of chemical exposure and occupational disease cases on behalf of manufacturers, distributors, premises owners, and employers in both maritime and nonmaritime settings:  Benzene, vinyl chloride, asbestos, silica, organic solvents, acids, coatings, pesticides, and other chemicals and particulates.  Represented the Asbestos Claims Facility and the Center for Claims Resolution, as well as smaller manufacturer consortia, on a statewide basis, trying numerous asbestos cases to verdict.

State and Federal
Counsel of record for clients at all levels of the state and federal judiciary, including the United States Supreme Court.
